Each piece travels as part of its own story.

 

Delivery is arranged through trusted carriers to preserve precision, safety, and the integrity of the experience -
from the moment the piece leaves the atelier to the moment it reaches you.

 

Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is part of the experience and is provided without additional charge.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

 

International Delivery

International delivery is arranged individually depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the country and customs procedures.

Shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates applicable at the moment of dispatch.

Customs duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by the legislation of the destination country

and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery is carried out by international courier services, including but not limited to:

• DHL Express
• FedEx
• UPS
• National postal services (where appropriate)

 

Responsibility During Transit

After careful packaging and transfer of the piece to the carrier, transportation is carried out in accordance with the carrier’s shipping rules.

In the rare event that difficulties arise during transit, we remain nearby and assist in resolving the situation.
