The completion - in the moment of touch.

I. Placing the Order

An order may be placed through the House’s available channels of communication.

The value of the main piece is fixed at the moment the order is confirmed.

Once payment is completed, the process moves into the stage of refinement.

 

II. Refinement of Parameters

Proportions, the character of the fit, balance and final details are refined individually.

All parameters are agreed upon by the Parties before the creation begins.

Once the final parameters are confirmed, further changes are not provided for.

 

III. Creation

Creation begins after the final parameters have been agreed upon.

The standard timeframe is approximately 7–14 calendar days.

The possibility and conditions of an accelerated timeline may be discussed separately.

 

IV. Extension of the Composition

If the structure calls for continuation, additional elements may be created within the same individual composition.

Each such decision is considered and agreed upon separately.

 

V. Care and Preservation

Each piece asks for attentive care.

For 12 months, service support is provided under conditions of proper use.

Natural wear is considered part of the life of the piece and is not regarded as a defect.

 

VI. Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine is provided by the House.

International shipping is arranged separately.

Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

VII. Service

Should adjustment or restoration become necessary, service intervention may be possible where technically feasible.

Each situation is considered individually.
