II. Assurance
We stand behind what you receive.
If an issue caused on our side is discovered upon delivery, it will be fully resolved.
Until the matter is settled,
the piece should remain in its original condition.
Calm preserves precision.
The piece may be prepared for presentation on behalf of the giver.
Personal messages, hidden nuances and delicate details are arranged individually,
turning the moment of giving into a complete experience.
The piece is presented in the House’s signature packaging.
It is conceived as an extension of the object -
a threshold between creation and possession, part of the work and part of the experience.
Each piece is accompanied by recommendations that help preserve
its original state and allure over time.
Not instructions - a way to prolong the feeling.
We accompany the piece for 12 months after it leaves the studio.
If needed, we restore its functionality and integrity.
Our presence does not end when the object departs the atelier.
Every piece is not delivered - it is released.
