regarding the processing of personal data
Lytvynova Mariia Antonivna, a sole proprietor registered under the laws of Ukraine, Tax Identification Number (RNOKPP) 3648603987 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), respects the right of individuals to the protection of their personal data and ensures the protection of personal data of website users, customers and other persons who contact the Seller.
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the processing of personal data in accordance with:
- the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”;
- the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”;
- other applicable legal acts of Ukraine,
and, in the case of orders placed from countries of the European Union, also taking into account the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent applicable to the Seller’s activities and the nature of personal data processing.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of performing a contract concluded remotely, producing a product according to an individual order, delivery, service support and communication with the Buyer.
1.2. By providing personal data when placing an order or contacting the Seller through the website, social media or other communication channels, the individual confirms that they have reviewed this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, provision of services and compliance with the Seller’s legal obligations.
1.3. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the specified purposes and is not used for other purposes without additional consent of the individual.
1.4. The Seller does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)
3.1. Where the GDPR applies to the Seller’s activities or to the processing of personal data of individuals located within the European Union, personal data processing is carried out on the following legal grounds:
- necessity for the performance of a contract;
- compliance with the Seller’s legal obligations;
- the Seller’s legitimate interest (including ensuring order fulfilment and protection of rights);
- consent of the data subject.
4. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The Seller may process the following personal data:
- name and surname;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- delivery address;
- information necessary for fulfilling an individual order;
- payment-related information (without receiving or storing payment card data);
- technical data related to the use of the website;
- IP address and device information;
- other data voluntarily provided by the Buyer.
4.2. Payment card details are neither processed nor stored by the Seller. Payments are processed through secure payment service providers.
5. SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Personal data may be provided:
- when placing an order on the website;
- during communication through social media, messaging platforms or other remote communication channels where a person voluntarily provides their personal data;
- during telephone communication or other remote contact;
- during the payment process.
6. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
6.1. Personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- order placement and fulfilment;
- production of products according to individual orders;
- delivery;
- service and warranty support;
- communication with the Buyer;
- accounting, tax reporting and fiscalisation of payment transactions in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
- creation and maintenance of a Buyer account on the website and record of order history, including the application of variable commercial conditions in accordance with the terms of the Agreement;

7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only where necessary for the fulfilment of the order, including:

- payment systems, financial institutions and payment processing services;
- fiscalisation service providers for payment transactions;

7.2. The Seller does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the individual’s separate consent.
7.3. When payment is made, personal data necessary to process the payment may be handled by payment service providers or banking institutions acting as independent data controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Seller does not receive or store payment card details of users.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
8.1. In the case of international delivery, personal data may be transferred to entities located outside Ukraine to the extent necessary for contract fulfilment, including carriers or customs authorities, in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. DATA RETENTION
9.1. Personal data is retained for the period necessary to perform the contract, produce and deliver the product, fulfil warranty obligations and comply with statutory accounting, tax and other legal requirements.
After the purposes of processing have been achieved or the retention period has expired, personal data shall be deleted or anonymised unless otherwise required by law.

10.1. Individuals have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- request correction or clarification of their data;
- request deletion of personal data in cases provided by law;

- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a competent court.
